With a background in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pilates, my primary focus has always been on caring for people through a holistic approach. Throughout my career, I observed that many health issues often stemmed from deep-seated emotional blockages. My passion for emotional well-being deepened after a personal experience with cancer in my 20s.

This transformative period in my life led me to an exploration of spiritualism, a path that brought me many answers and a renewed sense of purpose. I am now deeply committed to my spiritual growth and empowering others to embrace their own potential.
